How to Use:
1. Prepare your nails with a UV BASE COAT, UV COLOR GEL, No-wipe UV TOP COAT (Other types of top coat will not give you the mirror effect).
2. Use eyeshadow stick to pick up the powder and apply it onto your nails.
3. Repeat this step until you're satisfied with the effect.
4. Seal it with a No-wipe UV TOP COAT.
