Nope! Your ShicaChic subscription won’t have any shipping or handling fees—just the $14.99 per month charge.

How can I customize my boxes?
Your monthly boxes will be tailored to the preferences in your Beauty Quiz as much as possible depending on the products shipping out that month.
If I change my mind, can I cancel?
Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, however all subscription payments are non-refundable after 24 hours.
Can I shop with ShicaChic even if I don’t subscribe?
Of course you can! Our Shop is constantly updated with new products, including exclusive brands, limited edition boxes, and so much more.
Is ShicaChic available outside the US?
Yes, you can signup for a styling subscription as many of our retail partners will ship internationally.
Billing & Payment:
When can I expect to be billed for my subscription?
If you subscribe on a monthly basis, you’ll pay for your first box when you place the order. Starting with your second box, you’ll be on a regular monthly billing and shipping cycle. When you subscribe on a yearly basis, you’ll pay for your full subscription up-front and won’t see any monthly charges. Once your year is almost up, we’ll check in and see if you’d like to opt out of auto-renewal.
What forms of payment can I use?
We accept PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards, or debit cards as payment for subscription orders. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept checks, money orders, or cash.
I’m ready to place an order. When will I be charged?
You’ll be billed as soon as your order is placed. From there, we’ll be in touch with tracking information as soon as your products are on the way!
What happens if my monthly subscription payment is not successful with my bank?
Your featured product beauty box is reserved each month pending successful payment from your bank. We will make 3 attempts to charge your credit card each month before your subscription is automatically cancelled. On the 2nd failed attempt your featured product beauty box is placed back into our inventory for sale and you are no longer guaranteed to receive that box. If the 3rd attempt is successful, you will receive a 5 product beauty box if the featured product beauty box is sold out. If the 3rd attempt is not successful, your beauty box subscription is automatically cancelled and you can resubscribe at a later time if needed.

What is your promotion code policy?
One promotional code can be applied to each order.
How do I get a promotional code?
Promotional codes are emailed to subscribers randomly throughout the year. Be sure to add us to your trusted email folder so that our emails don't end up in your spam or junk folder.
Shipping:
Where does ShicaChic ship?
ShicaChic subscriptions currently ship to United States. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. ShicaChic subscriptions are non-transferable across markets. Sadly, we are unable to ship subscriptions to APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
Does ShicaChic ship internationally?
Yes, we now offer shipping to Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Shipping fees will apply for international shipping and it varies based off of the country selected. Once you subscribe for a beauty box and activate your account, you can then pay for shipping charges. Your beauty box will not ship until shipping has been paid. If shipping is not paid within 48 hours your beauty box payment will automatically be refunded and your beauty box will no longer be reserved.
Do I have to sign for my ShicaChic delivery?
Subscription boxes are ground-shipped via our shipping partner before they’re handed off to USPS for final delivery. This means you’ll receive your ShicaChic box in your mailbox each month. Shop orders are delivered by USPS or UPS.
What are my shipping options?
You’re able to choose from four shipping speeds when you place an order:
Please note, expedited shipping is only available for addresses within the contiguous United States. Orders containing (but not limited to) nail polish, perfume, and aerosols must ship ground. Addresses to which standard shipping is the fastest option are ineligible for expedited shipping. Shipping methods for monthly boxes and gift subscriptions cannot be modified.

Shop orders will ship within 1 business day of being placed for all in-stock items. Subscription boxes will ship within 10 business days. We’ll email your tracking info over as soon as we have it!
Will my ShicaChic box fit in my mailbox?
Yes! ShicaChic boxes measure 7" x 1.125" x 10.625". Full-size shipments may vary in size.
Return Policy:
I’m having second thoughts. Can I return my order?
The short answer: yes! You’ll have 15 days to return any unused/unopened products you order from our Shop (excluding promotional items).
Can I return my ShicaChic box?
ShicaChic monthly subscription boxes are nonrefundable and are ineligible for returns.

I want to send a ShicaChic box as a gift. What’s the best way to do that?
We offer Gift Subscription Boxes for this very purpose! You can send 6 or 12 month ShicaChic Gift Subscription Boxes.
How do gift subscriptions work?
Your recipient’s first box will be an introduction to ShicaChic, packed with our tried-and-true favorites. From there, they’ll take the lead and customize the rest! If they love it (we’re sure they will!), you can extend their gift— or they can purchase their own subscription— to keep the boxes coming.
How far in advance can I order a gift subscription?
Gift subscription box orders can be placed up to three months in advance.
