*Beauty Box ItemI might not be a huge lip-gloss-lover, but I know how to tell a good lip gloss from a bad gloss any day. On a whim, I went to TJ Maxx and saw these babies in front of the makeup/beauty shelf. For $5.99 I bought these lip glosses from Max Studio and you can see my first impression of these on my YouTube channel. 10 lip glosses for $5.99? Sounds like a deal to me! The ten colors that come in the package are iced glaze, lemon sorbet, sweetheart, pin-up, coral island, flirty fuchsia, plumberry, all glitz, siren, and cabernet. As a first impression, it was pretty tough to come up with a final opinion. These glosses are not bad at all, however, they're far from being my No. 1 faves. The texture of these lip glosses are very smooth. There are no grainy textures in them (which is normally the number one thing I notice about a gloss). However, the thickness and stickiness may be a problem for others to work around. I can work with some pretty sticky glosses but some others may not be able to do the same. I personally really enjoy these glosses but if you happen to have longer hair or hair long enough to get into your mouth, you may want to use these only when you hair is pulled back a bit, and maybe avoid wearing them on windy days. I know how nasty it can be to have hair in your gloss. It's more disastrous for blondes because then you have the risk of the lip gloss staining your hair! I love the variety of colors. Blog Author Spotlight: BrieCall me Brie! I'm currently a cosmetology student in New England and I absolutely love experimenting with cosmetics, hair products, nail products and skin care products. I've been passionate about makeup for many years now and I thought I would start blogging because I like to put my opinion out there in case some people may be looking for a review on a product or they might like to hear my opinion on a beauty item. Also, please notice that I have provided the prices for each item out of courtesy. I know many beauty bloggers don't include that and to me it's a little frustrating so I've decided to provide prices for each product. As an FYI, the pictures that are provided are taken by my phone to prove that I own the product and have tried them and I have given my honest review on them. If you have any questions about my blog or the products that I review, please feel free to leave a comment in the boxes below any blog entry! I look forward to making this an awesome blog for anyone to read and I hope you all enjoy! Thank you all so much!
