The countdown is upon us, it is time for us to usher in 2017 and doing it with style is the only way! Check out these NYE looks for some celebration inspiration. New Years Evevus always about sparkle and shine. Here are some looks inspired by this tradition. If you are bold and want to bring in the New Year with some real sparkle, opt for full sparkle with an all over sequin dress. If you go full sparkle, keep everything else simple and let your dress do the work. This dress does extra work with this fantastic, low V back detail. If you are not quite this bold, opt for your sparkle turned down… Instead of full sparkle, opt for targeted glitter and shine. This look pairs a statement sparkle top with classic black pants and a statement shoe. Pairing this top with a statement shoe also takes all the focus from the top and shares it with these must have heels. For even more understated style, there is this lust worthy Elie Saab skirt (lust worthy as it is not in my current budget plan) with its sequined basket weaved detailing throughout. With its own sparkle and flair, this skirt is paired with a simple fitted black top and we pulled one of the many color options from the skirt for our shoe in a pop of blue. I hope your NYE is one to remember…Here is to a great 2017! Blog Author Spotlight: Bianca SmithI am Bianca Smith and I am a Wardrobe and Style Consultant. I help women looking to find their fashion voice learn how to use clothing to reflect their personal style so they can feel confident about their wardrobe. I hold a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a B.A in Fashion Marketing and Management. I have had the pleasure of learning from and working with great industry professionals and teachers. I have had the opportunity to gain experience in many areas of the fashion world including being a wardrobe stylist, doing styling for photo shoots and fashion shows, conducted interviews for story development for V magazine, and been the personal assistant to Project Runway’s Johnathan Kayne and Chris Wilmer, Editor of V magazine for the Southern Women’s Fashion Show, and model dresser for Simon Fashion Show at South Park Mall to name a few. I am passionate about giving women the tools they need to feel empowered to make clothing choices that make them feel good about themselves and their physical appearance. I believe what sets me apart from other wardrobe and styling consultants is my approach to styling and wardrobe editing. My approach is more collaborative than directive. I want us to work together to discover your style and not go beyond your comfort level.
